FixEncoding Pipeline Component v1.0.0.1 for BTS 2004

I've uploaded the updated version of my FixEncoding Pipeline Component for BizTalk 2004, matching it to the new features in the BizTalk 2006 version I released last week. You can download the updated code from here.

When using your component I've got the problem that the property within Visual Studio stays grayed out. So I'm not able to chose a codepage.
Any clues on what this could be?

Danny,
While this is not generally the recommended practice, you need to GAC the assembly in order for the custom UITypeEditor to work in the Pipeline Designer.
